You can get a kitchen top compost bin at $5 to start diverting food waste; an Earth Machine outdoor composter at $50 to make your own compost at home.
Sales are by appointment only, limited on Wednesdays. To schedule an appointment, please call (919) 968-2788 or email: recycling@orangecountync.gov. Exact change is required, payable with cash, check or money order. Face mask and safety rules required.
